Plural is their premier payments stack, built for online businesses. We worked on a unified dashboard called Plural Console, to support merchants with analytics and integrations and help them understand their business more deeply.
Pinelabs had an existing set of dashboards, built over the years to support different business functions. With Plural, we took the legacy information architecture, simplified it, created a unified visual language, simplified the way you access and filter through data, and finally created a system with a mental model, that's easy to process and remember. For example, previous interfaces had different ways to access, view and act upon data. We made sure that all sections with tabular data look and behave the same and filtering, sorting, searching is consistent, so no matter what page you're on, you interact with data in the same way.
